The topic of mobility occupies a special place in modern sociology. It is also connected with other humanities that are part of the interdisciplinary “core” of sociology, but when we talk about mobility, to varying degrees. Social mobility is at the center of debates about social change, its causes and consequences. Social changes, regardless of their nature, always lead to new streams of social mobility.
Considering mobility as the degree of change and participation of people and things in modern society, we have identified that social mobility is probabilistic in nature in modern society - from each starting position a person can get to many others. Therefore, it is impossible to prepare a person in advance for activities in all significant groups; as a result, he first finds himself in a group and then begins to adapt (socialize) to it.
