SOME REFLECTIONS ON THE THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of a healthy lifestyle and is one of the important laws of society in the life-activity of an individual. Legal and regulatory documents developed by the government of Uzbekistan were studied and analyzed on the basis of foreign experience. The theories created by Western scientists are deeply scientifically analyzed. A definition of a healthy lifestyle was given by the author. The article examines the concepts and theories of foreign scientists, on the basis of which it is established that a sociologically healthy lifestyle is an indicator of the standard of living. And the necessary conclusions and recommendations have been developed.
