SOCIOLOGICAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TEACHING STAFF

As the society of modern Uzbekistan moves along the path of open democratic politics, it continues reforms towards a radical modernization of the education system based on world experience and national experience, due to the growing demand for open and independent thinking and modern education. An example of this is the influx of innovation from the education systems of the most advanced countries, especially to the higher education system. From increasing the quota of admission to higher educational institutions, improving its material and technical base and improving the quality of education, increasing the prestige of higher educational institutions, ensuring a competitive environment among them, increasing the efficiency of teachers to enter a new stage of development through innovative practices, this is among the innovations being introduced ... Most importantly, the study of the human factor and its influence on the labor process as the basis for increasing the efficiency of the work of professors and teachers, its theoretical and practical study is important for its relevance for the ongoing reforms. This article analyzes the main role of teachers, their impact on learning outcomes, social factors affecting labor efficiency.
