THE NEW SYSTEM OF DIALOGUE WITH PEOPLE

Abstract

The article analyzes the national feedback system created in the Republic of Uzbekistan over the past five years, which allowed citizens to establish direct relations with government agencies.

Since 2019, within the framework of the Decree "On measures to further improve the system of working with population problems", a qualitatively new stage has begun in this feedback system, which has a positive effect on the solution of population problems by state bodies.

In particular, since February 1, 2019, a new system has been introduced, which provides for the identification and solution of population problems by direct visits to the field and by-door visits of representatives of the People's Receptions, heads of sectors, government bodies working directly with the population.

This approach made it possible to assess the activities of the People's Receptions, heads of sectors, government agencies and other organizations, as well as to make proposals to the responsible government bodies, thereby already promptly solving urgent problems facing citizens throughout the country.
