ADAPTATION OF MIGRANTS TO THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article analyzes various stages of development through the prism of socio-political relations of society as a result of transformation of migration processes from the sociological viewpoint, in particular, social mobility of a person, and in this context an attempt to clarify the content of the migration phenomenon is made. Also the author's vision of the concept of social labor migration in the conditions of global changes is defined on the basis of such disciplines as sociology of labor and demography. In addition, the article is focused on the prevention of negative consequences of migration flows, adaptation and integration of migrants in a new place, regulation of external labor migration and changes in the level of education and intellectual potential. The author also provides information on contemporary features of intellectual migration, processes of adaptation to the host environment and socio-psychological skills, which have been dynamically changing in recent years.
