INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SOCIAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO VULNERABLE POPULATIONS

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the priority areas of radically reforming the social protection system in New Uzbekistan and innovative approaches. The research scientifically examines the effectiveness of the “Single Registry of Social Protection,” “Inson” social service centers, and the “case management” system at the mahalla level. Furthermore, models for digitalizing social services, providing proactive assistance, and integrating vulnerable population groups into society are extensively highlighted. In conclusion, the author puts forward important scientific-practical proposals and relevant recommendations to enhance management efficiency and expand the scope of services.
