INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF CHILD SOCIAL PROTECTION AND GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

This article analyzes the international legal frameworks for the social protection of children and contemporary global trends. The study examines the integration of standards established by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and other international instruments into national legislative systems. Furthermore, the article highlights current challenges in ensuring children’s well-being on a global scale and discusses innovative approaches to addressing these issues. This study develops scientifically based proposals and recommendations for addressing these complex issues through the most effective and innovative approaches, as well as for improving cooperation mechanisms between state and civil society institutions.
