THE SYSTEM OF MOTIVATION, SKILLS, AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN THE SOCIAL MOVEMENT “EVERY FAMILY IS AN ENTREPRENEUR”

This article analyzes the mechanisms for increasing the economic activity of the population within the framework of the social movement “Every Family is an Entrepreneur” based on a sociological approach. It examines the interconnection between motivation, professional skills, and financial support systems, as well as their impact on the development of entrepreneurship. In addition, the role of institutional factors, public policy, and the level of social trust is revealed. The results of the study substantiate the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach and include developed theoretical insights and practical recommendations. This article provides a sociological analysis of the interconnection between motivation, skills, and financial support systems within the “Every Family is an Entrepreneur” social movement, highlighting their role in developing family entrepreneurship, increasing employment, and stabilizing household incomes.
