INSTITUTIONAL BASIS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF INFORMATION AND LIBRARY ACTIVITIES

This article provides a detailed analysis of the institutional framework necessary to improve the activities of the information and library system and increase its efficiency. The article examines the development of the library system, its role in society and ways to increase its effectiveness in modern conditions. At the same time, the purpose of the article is to study the relationship between the legislative framework and organizational structures, their impact on the activities of libraries and their important role in improving these systems. The article also discusses regulatory documents important for the effective functioning of the library system, government support and resource support, as well as the need to improve the qualifications of library specialists, and gives specific recommendations.
