CONTENT AND ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT OF “SOCIAL SECURITY”

This article is devoted to the genesis of the concept of “Social Security”, which includes social security created at the present stage of development of Uzbekistan, social security of pensions, allowances, compensation, benefits, as well as types of social assistance, material assistance to the needy population, in general, serious issues are analyzed social protection. Also, the way of life, religious ethics, customs and ancient traditions of the Uzbek people indicate that citizens in ancient times were socially protected, that social security in history was carried out mainly through donations, and today issues of social protection are resolved through a proactive lighting system. In addition, the definition of social security and the author's definition of social security are presented.
