MOTIVATIONAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY OF LABOR MIGRATION INTERVIEWERS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article discusses the motivational impact of the actions of external labor migration subjects, and scientifically analyzes the manifestation of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan as active participants in the international labor market. In this regard, it is explained that in order to develop a state policy to improve the legal protection of labor migrants and their family members, it is necessary to analyze the main features of the state management mechanism in the structure and functioning of labor migration processes. Also, the current state and trends of migration movements in the country are scientifically analyzed, and various impacts on the process of its social transformation are studied, and human capital has a certain impact on the socio-economic development of the country. In particular, its positive effects on supporting labor-intensive sectors such as agriculture, construction and services, and encouraging entrepreneurship are explained through comparative analyses, and suggestions and recommendations are presented for improving the solution to the problems studied.
