DIRECTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MEDIATORS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF FAMILY DISPUTES

Historically, in the context of the Eastern way of life and lifestyle, when family disputes arose, today's mediators could be considered older people who were respected by both parties and were engaged in dispute resolution and reconciliation of the conflicting parties.This scientific article provides analytical information on the current state of family dispute resolution mediators and their professional development in our country and the basics of national legislation regulating the industry. Also, the experience of the preparation of mediators in foreign countries and the existing problems in the development of the industry in our country have been analyzed and suggestions and recommendations have been made on their solution.
