The article explores the relationships between an individual's social intelligence and developmental indicators based on factor analysis. The study identifies forms of social intelligence differentiated by emotional and individual-dynamic aspects, as well as the main factors influencing personal development. The first factor – “General components of perfection”– includes personal traits and relations with society. The second factor – “Civic duty and life attitudes”– characterizes spiritual and moral aspects. The third – “Communication and empathy,” the fourth – “Non-verbal and verbal communication.” Currently, the analysis of factors related to low levels of social intelligence was also conducted, explaining the key conditions affecting personal growth. The results highlight the importance of social intelligence in social development.
