OPPORTUNITIES OF PUBLIC OPINION IN IMPROVING THE ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS

The logic of economic and socio-political reforms being carried out in New Uzbekistan requires the establishment of an integrated system of interaction between state structures, non-governmental institutions, and society. Only under conditions of coordinated actions by all participants is it possible to achieve sustainable development and effective modernization. Public opinion, serving as an indicator of social sentiment, possesses a high affiliative potential, allowing the formation of horizontal connections between citizens and institutions of power. The article reveals the essence of this potential and demonstrates its theoretical and practical significance for the processes of social governance.
