SOME ASPECTS OF TAKING INTO ACCOUNT NATIONAL-MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE CIVIL SERVANTS

This article analyzes the significance of the national mentality factor in the activities of public civil servants. In the context of globalization and sociocultural assimilation, it is important to organize public civil service with consideration for the national, cultural, religious, and ethnic characteristics of citizens. National mentality is one of the key aspects influencing decision-making by civil servants, their communication with society, and the implementation of reforms. The article examines the effectiveness of political and administrative activities and the organization of dialogue with the public, taking into account national culture and ethnic mental traits. The need for a preventive approach to avoid potential discontent and social conflicts is substantiated by emphasizing the increasing mediating role of public civil servants in their interaction with the population and in meeting people's needs.
