This article examines the impact of formal and informal Internet communications on youth in a digital society. The article also examines the reasons for the expansion of the capabilities of the computer information system, the rapid increase in the number of websites of various content, the increasing urgency of the problem of information extremism on the Internet. In addition, the procedures for the formation of directed information have been studied, including the psychological impact on a person through computer networks, signs of the content of a destructive component, the use of information on the Internet as a tool that distorts the content of real objectivity.
