SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPTS OF EASTERN THINKERS ABOUT THE ETHNIC, CULTURAL, AND GEOPOLITICAL ENVIRONMENT

The article analyzes the concepts of the ethnic, cultural, geopolitical environment in the countries of the East in the Middle Ages, and also examines the teachings of Farobi, Moturidi, Beruni, Amir Temur, Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur on the influence of the ethnic, cultural, and geopolitical environment on the state and public management and processes of social stratification. The article also analyzes the personal qualities of state managers, various approaches to regulating the ethno-cultural grouping of society. In addition, the sociological teachings of the Eastern thinkers of the Middle Ages, approaches to the history of the formation of Eastern and Western statehood and public administration structures, as well as the fact that the study of the history of almost three thousand years of statehood in the East has scientific, practical and political significance.
