DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS OF ENTREPRENEURS

This article examines the issues of developing the professional identity of entrepreneurs, professional qualities that are important for entrepreneurs, as well as the issues of improving the professional skills of entrepreneurs. Also, specific aspects of the development of professional self-awareness of entrepreneurs were studied, proposals and recommendations have been elaborated to develop the professional self-awareness of entrepreneurs, to determine their level on the basis of acmeological criteria.
In the current context of the ongoing global pandemic, it is important to ensure the stability of the economy and the broad involvement of the population in entrepreneurship in the fight against poverty. In this process, the high professionalism of young entrepreneurs ensures the successful implementation of the goals and objectives of professional activity, the achievement of optimal results in the process of activity, the reliability and efficiency of professional activity. Entrepreneurs' understanding of their professional identity depends on the formation of entrepreneurial competence in them. In turn, entrepreneurial competence affects the growth of economic thinking in the individual. The article analyzes the factors that contribute to the development of professional awareness of entrepreneurs, the organization of practical training, access to each family, the organization of seminars and trainings, raising economic awareness of the population.
