ADVANCED FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT FOR THE POPULATION

The article discusses the concepts of employment and informal employment, employment models and labour market regulation in developed countries. Also, based on the best practices of foreign countries in this area, the possibilities of reducing unemployment and increasing employment in our country were highlighted. In addition, the role and importance of employment in the socio-economic development of society, and the causes and consequences of informal employment are revealed. In particular, an attempt was made to substantiate that women's insecurity in the labour market generates various forms of violence and social inequality. At the same time, the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan to create new jobs, make effective use of available labour resources, and increase the employment rate of women were highlighted.
