DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE THINKING AMONG STUDENTS AT THE NEW STAGE OF REFORMS IN THE COUNTRY

This article discusses the relevance of an innovative approach to the development of the state's economy. The article separately highlights human capital, effective work with which is one of the prerequisites for the successful implementation of the course of transition of the economy to the innovative path. Moreover, a systematic increase in human capital is one of the essential characteristics of a modern sustainable state that is dynamically developing and competitive. It is emphasized that innovative-minded youth should be able to quickly adapt to new transformations, having the ability to control the steps being taken and track the logic of the country's progressive movement, as well as to analyze changes and model them. The article presents the legal aspects of innovative education, projects on the introduction of innovative education in our republic, since the direct participation of the state and its youth policy and the reform system in the educational sector play a huge role in the education system. Youth is considered to be the country's promising potential and the area of effective investment.
