МЕХАНИЗМЫ РАЗРЕШЕНИЯ КОНФЛИКТОВ В РАМКАХ АСЕАН И СООБЩЕСТВА БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

В данной статье рассматриваются механизмы стран АСЕАН и роль Сообщества безопасности в разрешении региональных конфликтов в Юго-Восточной Азии. Анализ уникального регионального сотрудничества «Путь АСЕАН» в решении проблем стран Юго-Восточной Азии представлен в статье. Механизмы управления конфликтами также отражены в семи основных документах АСЕАН.
В статье определены достижения и проблемы АСЕАН в процессе управления конфликтами. Выявлен вклад организации в урегулирование конфликтов в Юго-Восточной Азии. Автор анализирует роль АСЕАН в управлении конфликтами и заключает, что организация не участвует в качестве третьей стороны в спорах между государствами-членами.
Был сделан вывод, что сообщество безопасности стремится укрепить взаимное доверие в предотвращении конфликтов, снизить напряженность, предотвратить конфликты между государствами-членами и предотвратить эскалацию существующих конфликтов.
