Abstract

This article discusses some of the problems associated with a detailed description of the analysis of a unique document - the wakuf letter of Mah Bibi binti Musabek (National Archive of the Republic of Uzbekistan, book 1, inv. No. 836), containing important information about the beneficent objects of the time of the reign of Sayyid Amir Abdulahad Khan (1885 -1910). The leitmotif of Waqf as a Muslim historical phenomenon is considered nobility, kindness,
extending a helping hand to those in need, and most importantly, fair application, distribution of property for the benefit of the prosperity of the object, hence the progress of society. The Triumph of Justice is one of the main tasks of the Eastern Waqf, which denies excessive wealth and extreme poverty. The reader can see for himself the effectiveness of female logic not only in keeping the warmth of the hearth, but also in the welfare of society. The decoration of the scroll in the most exquisite handwriting of the Bukhara calligrapher of the era with a reed pen with the highlighting of names and titles in gold in the margins, masterfully engraved legends in seals turned the manuscript into a unique work of history, art and culture of Bukhara of the 19th century.
