The article analyzes the spiritual factors and ideological principles of the development of civil society in the development of New Uzbekistan and social aspects in the life of our people. Related to this is the need to identify and study the civil society emerging in our country, its unique characteristics and spiritual factors. Therefore, every independent country undoubtedly needs to know its path of development and the society it is building, and determine the laws of its existence and development.
