FIRDOWSI FOR OR AGAINST ISLAM?

The anti-Islamic readings of Ferdowsi were reinforced and supported during the first and second Pahlavi reigns and for the de-Islamicization of society, and this is not a scientific direction. Since Firdousi is not the creator of the stories about Shahnameh, but only the arranger of these stories adapted from other sources, it is impossible to consider all the thoughts and statements told by the words of historical and legendary characters as the real beliefs of the poet. His true faith is some of the verses given in the preface to the Shahnameh, which, according to scholars, point to his Islam and Shiism.
