Abstract

Artificial intelligence and its capabilities are widely studied in the modern science. The article discusses the relationship between mind and artificial intelligence, their capabilities and their interactions. Traditionally, questions of reasoning belong to the humanities — philosophy and psychology — where a large amount of factual material has been accumulated (this is especially true of pathologies of reasoning), but the question of the mechanisms of this process was practically not raised for a long time. On the other hand, within the framework of neurophysiology, which belongs to the natural sciences, significant advances have been made in the study of precisely the mechanisms of the thinking process - the structure of the central nervous system, the properties of individual neurons and their connections - but a complete answer to the questions has not been obtained.
