HOMILADORLIK PAYTIDA O'TKIR MIYA QON AYLANISHINING BUZILISHI XAVFINI TAHLIL QILISH

Insult-bu inson hayotiga tahdid soladigan holat. U to'satdan boshlanadi va homiladorlik insult xavfi 3 baravar oshadigan vaqtdir. Eng xavfli davr homiladorlikning oxirgi trimestridir. Homiladorlik qon tomir patologiyalari, diabet, gipertenziya (gipertoniya) xavfini oshiradi. Shu bilan birga, homiladorlik ishemik va gemorragik insult xavfining oshishi bilan kechadi. Qon tomir kasalliklari onalar o'limining 12 foiziga sabab bo'ladi.
Ma'lumki, homiladorlik bir qator sabablarga ko'ra qon tomir kasalliklari xavfini oshiradi, jumladan: qon bosimining ko'tarilishi (surunkali gipertenziya, homiladorlik gipertenziyasi, preeklampsiya, eklampsiya), shuningdek buyrak etishmovchiligi, HELLP sindromi (uchinchi trimestr gestozining asoratlari), qon ivishidagi o'zgarishlar homiladorlik va tug'ruqdan keyingi davrda, doimiy kuchli qusish, bu suvsizlanishga olib kelishi mumkin, bu qonda hujayralar va qon laxtasi kontsentratsiyasining oshishiga va miya tomirlarida o'zgarishlarga olib keladi. Har qanday nevrologik alomatlar paydo bo'lganda doim ehtiyot bo'lish kerak; tadqiqotlar homilador bo'lmaganlar bilan bir xil hajmda, ammo homiladorlikka xos asoratlarni hisobga olgan holda amalga oshiriladi.
