СТОЙКАЯ ГИПЕРФЕРРИТИНЕМИЯ КАК ПОТЕНЦИАЛЬНЫЙ БИОМАРКЕР И ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЙ КОФАКТОР ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИЯ УМЕРЕННЫХ КОГНИТИВНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ ПРИ ДИСЦИРКУЛЯТОРНОЙ ЭНЦЕФАЛОПАТИИ (клинический случай с комплексным лабораторно-клиническим анализом и обзором литературы)

Maqolada distsirkulyator ensefalopatiya (DE) va yengil kognitiv buzilishlar (YaKB) bilan og‘rigan bemorda barqaror yallig‘lanish genezidagi giperferritinemiya klinik holati, shuningdek, temir gomeostazi buzilishlari bilan kognitiv pasayish o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik bo‘yicha adabiyotlar sharhi keltirilgan. DEda YaKB rivojlanishida polietiologik surunkali yallig‘lanish yuki sharoitida barqaror giperferritinemiyaning roli adabiyotlarda yetarlicha yoritilmagan. 72 yoshli bemorda kompleks neyropsixologik testlash (MMSE, MoCA), keng laboratoriya tekshiruvi va neyrovizualizatsiya o‘tkazildi. Zardobdagi ferritin 490 mkg/l (norma chegarasidan 3,6 marta yuqori) ni tashkil etdi va 24 oy davomida barqaror saqlandi; MoCA 25/30 va MMSE 27/30 ko‘rsatkichlari YaKBni obyektiv tasdiqladi. Transferrin, jigar fermentlari, revmatoid omil va qalqonsimon bez gormonlarining normal darajalari giperferritinemiyaning haqiqiy temir to‘planishi emas, balki yallig‘lanish genezini tasdiqladi. Surunkali stress, implantat bilan bog‘liq yallig‘lanish, ishialgiyadagi neyrogen yallig‘lanish, o‘tkir faza oqsili sifatida ferritin va tashvish buzilishini birlashtiruvchi original besh faktorli patogenetik model taklif etildi. Zardob ferritini DE va YaKBda biologik jihatdan ishonchli biomarker va potentsial terapevtik nishon sifatida asoslandi; uni ushbu bemorlar toifasining standart laboratoriya skriningiga kiritish patogenetik va klinik jihatdan maqsadga muvofiqdir.
