Maqolada ishemik insultda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy reperfuzion terapiya strategiyalarining dalillarga asoslangan tibbiyot nuqtai nazaridan tizimli sharhi keltirilgan. Vena ichiga trombolizis va mexanik trombektomiya usullariga oid klinik tadqiqotlar hamda xalqaro tavsiyalar tahlil qilingan. Reperfuzion davolashning samaradorligi, xavfsizligi, bemorlarni tanlash mezonlari va funksional natijalarga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Miya qon oqimini o‘z vaqtida tiklash nogironlik darajasini kamaytirishi va kasallik prognozini yaxshilashi ko‘rsatilgan.
