Abstract

The article presents a systematic review of current reperfusion therapy strategies for ischemic stroke based on evidence-based medicine. Clinical studies and international guidelines regarding the use of intravenous thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy were analyzed. The review examines the efficacy, safety, patient selection criteria, and the impact of reperfusion methods on functional outcomes. Timely restoration of cerebral blood flow is shown to reduce disability and improve disease prognosis.
