##article.abstract##

Spastiklik markaziy asab tizimi shikastlangan bolalarda eng ko‘p uchraydigan harakat buzilishlaridan biri bo‘lib, tezlikka bog‘liq holda mushak tonusining oshishi bilan xarakterlanadi. Bu esa funksional faollikning cheklanishiga va hayot sifatining pasayishiga olib keladi. Davolashda sezilarli yutuqlarga qaramasdan, erta tashxis qo‘yish va samarali davolash taktikasini tanlash muammolari saqlanib qolmoqda. 3 yoshdan 16 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 180 nafar bola tekshirildi: turli etiologiyali spastik sindromga ega 150 nafar bemor va 30 nafar shartli sog‘lom bolalar nazorat guruhi sifatida olindi. Klinik-nevrologik tekshiruv, Ashworth shkalasi, Barthel indeksi, GMFCS, MACS, Veksler shkalasi, shuningdek, instrumental usullar (ENMG va bosh miya MRT) qo‘llanildi. Bolalarda spastik sindromni tashxislash va davolashda differensial yondashuv terapiya samaradorligini oshiradi va personallashtirilgan reabilitatsiyaning asosi sifatida qaralishi lozim.
