Mazkur adabiyotlar sharhi insultdan keyingi reabilitatsiyada qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy yondashuvlarni tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda insultning global epidemiologik va ijtimoiy ahamiyati hamda uning uzoq muddatli funksional cheklanishlarga olib keluvchi asosiy nevrologik muammolardan biri ekani yoritilgan. Sharhda insult patogenezi, neyroplastiklik, sensorimotor integratsiya va markaziy nerv tizimining tiklanish mexanizmlariga oid nazariy qarashlar umumlashtirildi. Shuningdek, vazifaga yo‘naltirilgan terapiya, proprioseptiv neyromuskulyar fasilitatsiya, cheklov asosidagi majburiy harakat terapiyasi hamda robot-yordamli reabilitatsiya usullarining samaradorligi ko‘rib chiqildi. Tahlil natijalari psixomotor terapiya muvozanat, koordinatsiya va harakat nazoratini yaxshilashga yordam berishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatsa-da, uning motor, kognitiv va psixoemotsional holatga kompleks ta’siri yetarli darajada o‘rganilmaganini aniqladi. Shuningdek, Markaziy Osiyo populyatsiyasida ushbu yo‘nalishdagi klinik tadqiqotlar yetishmasligi qayd etildi.
