THE PROLOGUE OF THE DIVAN “BADOYE' UL-BIDAYA” BY ALISHER NAVAI AS A SPECIAL LITERARY EVENT

The article examines the preface of Alisher Navoi's divan "Badoe ul-bidoya" and the scale of the issues raised in it, which found expression in Navoi's discovery in the history of divanism. In particular, the history of the creation of the divan, Hussein Boykaro and his attitude to the poet’s work are described in detail. The principles of creating the divan by a poet are analysed and much attention is paid to such matters as the ghazals in the poet's divan are placed in alphabetical order according to the sounds at the end of the verse and are created in all 32 letters of the Arabic-Persian alphabet, divan and each letter ghazal is first dedicated to the praise of Allah and the praise of Rasulullah, then there are sufistic and romantic ghazals, the placement of ghazals, thematic breadth and compositional integrity of ghazals. Also revealed the value of prefaces in predetermining the role of “Badoye’ ul-bidoya” in the history of Eastern divanism.
