THE USE OF NICKNAMES IN ARTISTIC TEXTS AND THEIR LINGUOPRAGMATIC CHARACTERISTICS (AS AN EXAMPLE OF ALISHER NAVOI’S WORKS)

Abstract

In this small study, the role of nicknames in the anthroponymic system of the Uzbek language, their use, social, aesthetic, linguistic reasons for choosing nicknames, as well as the linguistic and pragmatic features of nicknames used in literary texts, including the works of Alisher Navoi, were discussed. It is known that nicknames have been present among personal names since the earliest times of personal history, and later this situation has been used in social conditions from the past to the present in various languages, including names, surnames, patronymics, nicknames, nicknames, titles, kunyas in the Uzbek language. , formed a complex system of nicknames. Nicknames have a special place among them. Nicknames in the modern language system form a complex system similar to the system of formal names (names). Linguistic and cultural conditions and the secondary nomenclature system of the language take an active part in the formation of this system. Also, the article analyzes the observations made by our first Turkologist Mahmud Koshgari about personal nouns, nicknames, nicknames and titles that are part of our linguistic history, the traditionality of nicknames in classical literature, and their unique partial differences.
