This article examines the study of the life and works of Alisher Navoi in Turkey and discusses the research conducted by Turkish scholars on the poet’s literary heritage. In order to widely study and promote the literary legacy of the great thinker, poet, and statesman Mir Alisher Navoi, the “Alisher Navoi Research Center” was established at Bashkent University in Turkey. The article highlights the activities of this center and the studies related to Navoi scholarship and issues of the Turkic world conducted under the leadership of Professor Abdurahman Guzal, who played a key role in its establishment. In addition, information is provided about the monument to Alisher Navoi erected in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, based on the initiative, recommendation, and design prepared by the Navoi scholar Abdurahman Guzal. The article also discusses the academic activities of Professor Dr. Abdurahman Guzal and highlights his contributions to Navoi studies and Turkology.
