Острый гнойный одонтогенный периостит челюстей представляет актуальную проблему в стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии. Среди детей с острыми одонтогенными воспалительными процессами челюстно-лицевой области значительную часть составляют больные c гнойным одонтогенным оститом. В данной статьи приведены результаты сравнительной оценки иммунологических параметров ротовой жидкости у больных с острым гнойным одонтогенным оститом после стандартной терапии, а также комплексной терапии с включением энзимотерапии.
