РОЛЬ ЭНДОТЕЛИАЛЬНОЙ ДИСФУНКЦИИ В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ РАЗВИТИЯ ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ ПАРОДОНТА

Многочисленными исследованиями доказано, что эндотелиальной дисфункция в тканях пародонта часто приводит к формированию хронического воспаления и развитию стойких микроциркуляторных нарушений. В иммунопатогенезе ХГП существенная роль отводится процессам, сопровождающимся аутоиммунной реакцией против антигенов пародонта. К настоящему времени накоплены многочисленные экспериментальные данные, позволяющие говорить о нескольких важнейших функциях эндотелия: его роли в ангиогенезе, метаболизме липопротеинов, регуляции сосудистого тонуса и гемокоагуляционного потенциала плазмы крови.
