МИКРОБИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ПОЛОСТИ РТА У БЕРЕМЕННЫХ

В данной статье раскрыта взаимосвязь между состоянием организма и микробиоценозом полости рта небеременных и беременных женщин. В ходе полученных результатов установлено, что развитие и прогрессирование дисбиоза полости рта находится в прямой зависимости от тяжести поражения пародонта: у беременных женщин со здоровым пародонтом дисбиоз встречается в 10,0 - 77,37%; с гингивитом - в 11,54-51,61%; ГПЛС - 8,0-13,79%; с ГПСТ и ГПТС - в 100% случаев. Также выявлено, что нарушения микробиоценоза беременных усугубляются с развитием беременности и не разрешаются в раннем послеродовом периоде.
