MICROBIOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE ORAL CAVITY OF PREGNANT WOMEN

This article reveals the relationship between the state of the body and the microbiocenosis of the oral cavity of non-pregnant and pregnant women. In the course of obtaining the results, it was found that the development and progression of oral dysbiosis is directly dependent on periodontal disease: in pregnant women with healthy periodontal dysbiosis occurs in 10.0 - 77.37%; with gingivitis - in 11.54-51.61%; HPLS - 8.0-13.79%; with GPST and HPTS - in 100% of cases. It was also found that the microbiocenosis of pregnant women is aggravated with the likelihood of pregnancy and is not resolved in the postpartum period.
