РОЛЬ ОСТЕОПОРОЗА В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ПАРОДОНТА

В данной статье представлен обзор патогенеза заболеваний десен и его различной зависимости от системных патологических процессов, таких как остеопороз. Традиционное лечение генерализованного пародонтита сводится к устранению воспалительного процесса в пародонте за счет устранения местных раздражающих факторов и применения в составе местной и общей терапии противомикробных, противовоспалительных, десенсибилизирующих, иммуномодулирующих, витаминных препаратов и значительно реже ее дополняют препаратами, специфически стимулирующими метаболическими процессами.
