So'nggi paytlarda turli xil somatik kasalliklarda kuzatiladigan onadagi qon tomir va gemodinamik buzilishlar an'anaviy ravishda erta tug'ilish uchun xavf omillariga bog'liq. Gemodinamika va mikrosirkulyatsiyaning buzilishi, shu jumladan preeklampsi va turli xil somatik patologiyalar bilan rivojlanayotgan uteroplasental hovuzda endoteliyning umumiy disfunktsiyasi mavjud. Erta tug'ilgan homilador ayollar qonining antikoagulyant potentsiali ko'rsatkichlarini, xususan, asosiy antikoagulyant, antitrombin III tarkibini o'rganish juda muhimdir. homiladorlikning fiziologik kursi bo'lgan ayollar, bu og'ir homiladorlik asoratlarini rivojlanishida antitrombin III etishmovchiligining muhim rolini ko'rsatadi.
