УЛУЧШЕНИЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ АНЕСТЕЗИИ ПРИ ПАТОЛОГИИ ЩИТОВИДНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

В статье представлены результаты предоперационной подготовки, анестезии и хирургического лечения больных, оперированных по поводу зоба. Описывается новый подход к предоперациооной подготовке. Показана эффективность в предоперационном периоде применения стресс-протекторной подготовки с использованием сибазона и дроперидола и анестезиологического пособия с исползованием кетамина и преимущества данного метода по сравнению со другими методами общей анестезии.
