СПЕЦИФИЧЕСКИЕ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ, ВЫЗВАННЫЕ ТРАВМОЙ ВЕРТЛУЖНОЙ ВПАДИНЫ И ИХ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ В БУХАРСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

В последние годы наблюдается рост авто травмы и доля переломов вертлужной впадины продолжает неуклонно увеличиваться. При этом данный вид травмы характеризуется высокой смертностью и инвалидизацией. Проблеме диагностики и лечения переломов вертлужной впадины посвящено множество работ, вместе с тем существующие на сегодняшний день методы консервативного лечения являются недостаточно эффективными и обладают множеством недостатков. Также отмечается недостатки в диагностике переломов вертлужной впадины и отсутствуют четкие показания к использованию современных методов диагностики.
