Abstract

The effect of thiotriazoline on the restoration of gas exchange parameters and acid-base balance in patients with MDR tuberculosis was studied. It was found that the drug accelerates the normalization of PaO, PaCO and pH, reduces the severity of respiratory failure and improves the functional state of the lungs.
