Шунингдек, унинг ўзига хос жиҳатлари тадқиқ этилиб, мигрантлар тоифалари хусусан, бошпана бериш мақоми, вақтинча ҳимоя мақоми ва маъмурий чиқариб юборилишини кечиктириш ҳуқуқи, имтиёзли виза тоифалари, мамлакатга кириш тартиби ва оилаларни бирлашиши “Green Card (Яшил Карта)” дастури ҳамда мигрантларнинг вақтинча яшаши ва меҳнат қилиш ҳуқуқлари таҳлил қилинган ва АҚШнинг миграция қонунчилигини такомиллаштириш бўйича тегишли таклиф ҳамда тавсиялар илгари сурилган.
