Internet davri diplomatik huquqini o‘rganish zarurati yuqori bo‘lgan dolzarb masaladir. Bu avvalo - davr talabi. Hozirgi davrda diplomatik huquq norma ijodkorligida va huquqni qo‘llash amaliyotida o‘sib borayotgan raqamli talablar o‘z ifodasini yana-da yaqqol topishi lozim. Shu bilan birga diplomatik huquqdagi klassik jihatlarni saqlab qolish ham muhim masaladir. Zero, diplomatiya va diplomatik huquq tarixiy jihatdan odat normalariga, anʼanaviylikka hamda barqarorlikka tayanib kelgan. Ushbu jihatlar diplomatik huquqning boshqa huquq tarmoqlaridan keskin ajratib turadi. Mazkur maqolada aynan mana shu masalalar har taraflama ochib berilgan.
