В данном исследовании автор представил анализ международно-правовых норм в сфере гуманизации уголовного судопроизводства. Особое внимание он уделил значимости и совершенствованию механизма соблюдения международно-правовых норм в сфере гуманизации уголовного судопроизводства и их отражения в национальном законодательстве. Кроме того, автор дал обоснованные разъяснения по совершенствованию национального законодательства по отношению к международно-правовым нормам.
