Тадбиркорлик субъектлари ва истеъмолчилар ўртасида рекламанинг ролининг ортиб бориши истеъмолчиларнинг ҳуқуқ ва қонуний манфаатларини номақбул ва виждонсиз реклама мазмунидан ҳимоя қилиш билан бир қаторда тадбиркорлик фаолияти билан шуғулланувчи шахсларнинг реклама бозорида ҳуқуқларини инсофсиз рақобатнинг йўл қўйилган белгиларидан ҳимоя қилиш масалаларини ҳам биринчи ўринга қўймоқда. Шу сабабли, қайд этилган нохуш оқибатларнинг олдини олиш учун ҳуқуқий тартибга солиш объекти сифатида реклама тушунчасини қайта кўриб чиқиш ва ушбу соҳадаги муносабатларнинг ҳуқуқий моҳиятини таҳлил қилиш мақсадга мувофиқдир. Ушбу мақолада энг ривожланган давлатларда реклама фаолиятини тартибга солиш амалиёти ва ушбу давлатларнинг илғор тажрибаларини Ўзбекистон Республикасида қўллаш истиқболлари ўрганилган. Тадқиқотнинг асосий мақсади рекламани тартибга солишнинг халқаро ҳуқуқий стандартларини, бир вақтнинг ўзида миллий ва халқаро миқёсда рекламани тартибга солиш тизимининг фаолият кўрсатиши самарадорлиги даражасини аниқлаш, шунингдек, ҳуқуқий асосларни яратиш билан қонун ҳужжатларига тавсия этилган ўзгартиришлар ҳар томонлама ўрганишдир
