YEVROPA PROKURATURASI – ERKINLIK XAVFSIZLIK VA ODIL SUDLOV KAFOLATI

Yevropa davlatlari prokuraturasi (EPPO – European Public Prosecutor’s Office) “kengaytirilgan hamkorlik” doirasida tashkil etilgan va EPPO toʻgʻrisidagi nizomni qabul qilishda 28 aʻzo davlatdan atigi 20 tasi ishtirok etgan. Ayni paytda EPPOning faqat huquqiy asoslari yaratilgan, organning oʻzi hali tashkil etilmagan. EPPO Yevropa Ittifoqining organi sifatida tashkil etilgan boʻlsa-da, uning tuzilmasi milliy huquqni muhofaza qilish tizimiga integratsiyalashgan. EPPO mansabdor shaxslari oʻz protsessual vakolatlarini milliy jinoyat-protsessual va moddiy qonunchilikka muvofiq amalga oshiradilar. Ushbu maqolada EPPOning tashkil etilish tarixi, uning vazifalari va foliyati, Yevropa boʻylab prokuratura xizmatlarini amalga oshirishning huquqiy jihatlari tahlil qilingan va bu borada ilmiy xulosalar ishlab chiqilgan.
