Ushbu ilmiy maqolada muallif tomonidan O‘zbekiston Respublikasi iqtisodiy sohasida tobora salmoqli o‘ringa ega bo‘lib borayotgan moliya-bank faoliyati jarayonida kiberjinoyatlarni sodir etishda sun'iy intellekt tomonidan yetkazilgan iqtisodiy zarar va tegishli javobgarlik masalasi o‘rganiladi, jumladan ushbu muammoga nisbatan yuridik fanda mavjud fikrlar, g‘oyalar, konsepsiyalar, ilmiy munozaralar atroflicha ko‘rib chiqiladi. Muallif ushbu ilmiy fikr va qarashlar, muhokamalarga asoslangan holda, milliy qonunchilikda hozirgi kunda sun'iy intellekt yordamida kiberjinoyat qilmishini sodir etish oqibatida yuzaga keladigan iqtisodiy zarar uchun bevosita yuridik (fuqaroviy yoki jinoiy) javobgarlik choralari belgilanmaganligi, ayni chog‘da rivojlangan xorijiy mamlakatlar fan va amaliyotida, maxsus qonunlarida sun'iy intellekt iqtisodiy javobgarligiga oid huquqiy qoidalar shakllantirilganligi, shu bois sun'iy intellekt qilmishi yoki undan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga keladigan iqtisodiy zarar uchun javobgarlikni belgilashda jahon amaliyotida allaqachon shakllanib ulgurgan bir qator shartlarni inobatga olish zarur degan xulosaga keladi. Buning uchun muallif tomonidan milliy fuqarolik, jinoyat va boshqa qonun hujjatlariga tegishli qo‘shimcha va o‘zgartishlar kiritish yuzasidan ilmiy asoslantirilgan taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi.
