Ushbu maqolada bugungi kunda respublikamizda ichki ishlar organlari tezkor bo‘linmalarining jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashda o‘zaro hamkorligini tashkil etish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar yoritilgan, bunday hamkorlikni tashkil etish tamoyillari tushunchasi, uning maqsadi va turlari, amalga oshirish tartibi ochib berilgan. Ichki ishlar organlarining tezkor bo‘linmalari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hamkorlik hamda hozirgi bosqichda jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashish samaradorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi omillar ko‘rib chiqildi. Ushbu omillarni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha ba’zi mulohazalar va olimlarning bu boradagi fikrlari keltirilgan.
