INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS IN ENSURING THE RIGHT OF JUVENILE VICTIMS OF CRIME TO A FAIR TRIAL

This article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of the right to justice in criminal proceedings, the types of standards relating to the rights of minors to justice, the interpretation of the rights of juvenile victims to justice and the essence of international standards relating to these rights, the importance of their implementation into the national legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the work also highlights problems, conclusions and proposals related to the topic.
